Base64 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules

This document sets out the terms and conditions binding all users of the base64 platform. Please read it carefully before using any of the services provided. By registering or using this platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all terms stated herein.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions

By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the base64 platform, you expressly agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are required to refrain from using this platform.

These terms form a legally binding agreement between you as an individual user and the base64 platform. Your acceptance of these terms is voluntary and based on the full information provided in this document.

This platform is intended exclusively for adults aged 18 and above. Use of the platform by anyone below the stipulated age limit is strictly prohibited.

2. Account Creation & Security

Each user is permitted to hold only one active account at any time. Creating duplicate accounts or registering using a false identity is a breach of these terms and may result in account suspension or closure without prior notice.

Users are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their password and login credentials. base64 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from a user's failure to keep their account information secure.

Any suspected unauthorised activity involving your account must be reported to us immediately through the customer support channels provided.

3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules

User Responsibilities

Users agree to use the base64 platform solely for lawful purposes and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations in Malaysia. Users are prohibited from using this platform for any fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any activity that may disrupt or compromise platform operations.

Users are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration and throughout their use of the platform is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false or misleading information is a serious breach of these terms.

Usage Rules

  • The use of automated software, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the platform is strictly prohibited.
  • Sharing your account with any other party or transferring account ownership is strictly prohibited.
  • Any action that places undue load on the platform's infrastructure is strictly prohibited.
  • Exploiting any bugs or technical errors for personal gain is strictly prohibited — any such errors must be reported to management immediately.
  • Users must comply with all additional instructions and guidelines issued by base64 from time to time.

4. Payment Information & Transactions

Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR

All transactions on the base64 platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Users are responsible for ensuring that the payment method used is registered in their own name. Use of third-party payment methods without written authorisation is strictly prohibited.

Deposits that have been successfully credited to a user's account are final and non-reversible, except under specific circumstances as defined by the platform's internal policies. Withdrawal requests are subject to the required identity verification process before they can be processed.

Base64 reserves the right to hold or suspend any transaction suspected of involving fraud, money laundering, or a breach of terms pending the outcome of an investigation. Users will be notified of any such suspension within a reasonable timeframe.

Minimum and maximum deposit limits, as well as withdrawal processing times, are subject to current policies, which can be reviewed in the FAQ or by contacting customer support.

Important Information About Transactions

  • All amounts are in MYR — no foreign currency conversion.
  • Identity verification is required for the first withdrawal.
  • Payment methods must be registered under the same user's name.
  • Transactions suspected of fraud may be held pending investigation.
  • Any charges imposed by third-party payment providers are the user's responsibility.
  • Any transaction disputes must be raised within 30 days of the transaction date.

5. Liability Limits & Account Policies

Base64 is not liable for any indirect, consequential, or punitive losses arising from use of the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting outcomes, service interruptions, or technical issues beyond the platform's reasonable control.

Base64's total liability to any user for any claim arising from use of the platform is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim.

Account Suspension & Closure: base64 reserves the right to suspend or close a user's account without prior notice where there is evidence of a terms violation, fraud, or any activity that may compromise the security of the platform or other users. Remaining funds in an account closed on legitimate grounds may be claimed through the official appeals process within 60 days.

Users who wish to voluntarily close their account may do so by contacting customer support. All outstanding balances must be withdrawn before the account closure is processed.

6. Intellectual Property, Third-Party Links & Changes to Terms

Intellectual Property: All content, logos, brand names, user interfaces, text, graphics, and software found on the base64 platform are the exclusive property of base64 and are protected under applicable copyright laws. Users may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

Third-Party Links: The platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. base64 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of those third-party sites. Access to any third-party website is entirely at the user's own risk.

Changes to Terms: base64 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to users via an in-platform notification or to their registered email address. Continued use of the platform after a change notice is deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law: These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of Malaysian courts.
